China bubble lands Down Under

Goldman Sachs said it.
Li Ka-shing said it.
And now Australians are talking about it with intensity growing. The China stock bubble is enveloping the globe before the burst, if it remained uncontrolled. The local market is now at a crossroad not knowing which way to head due to the equal pull factor of the impending bubble burst from China and the relatively strong fundamentals of the local and overseas market.
At this point of time, it is difficult to ignore both sides.
With the memories of the Shanghai tumble effect on global markets in late February still sizzling hot, any major reversals are not welcomed even if the long term prospects remained good. Forecasts are just possible outcomes and cannot be measured as absolute reality as things may not be as expected in the event after a global plunge as it is also possible to for an opposite outcome to eventuate instead.
